  I have never dealt with such bad service in a pet store in my entire life. I have two bearded dragons, and I go to Pet Smart every Friday to get 10 Horn worms at 1.50 a piece for my lizards. I went in this past Friday to get some Horn worms and the ones they had were sickly and a quarter of the size, yet there was still a price of 1.50 on these worms. I asked the girl why they were still 1.50 and she snarled at me in a very unacceptable tone " Well ...we cannot lower the price!!!" Well, all I will say is that if I went to McDonalds and I ordered a hamburger, yet someone ate 3/4's of my burger, they would NOT charge me the price of a whole one. The service at this store is horrible, and we actually drive to Pet Smart in Saint John now, a 1.5 hour drive to get service people expect and friendly employees. The Moncton store is a complete waste of time, unless you want to deal with teenage employees with horrible attitudes and chips on their shoulders.

  Huge dog and cat section. Dog friendly, and sometimes there are a lot of dogs in there. If you are just a bird, fish, reptile and rodent person, this can be intimidating.

  For small pets, this store really doesn't have much competition, making it seemingly expensive.

  Everything we needed was in stock and easily accessible. Staff were friendly. They even have free pictures with Santa available today
