  Went to a very informative Metabolic Detoxification seminar hosted by Fords Family Pharmacy and Wellness Center last Monday. Based on the great turn out, there must be a lot of people like me out there interested in this topic. I was particularly surprised by the number of men in attendance.What a great opportunity to learn more about own health risk factors in a casual, nonthreatening environment. And the gluten free pumpkin muffins were delicious!

  I have had a few people tell me that a more natural approach is the way to go so I decided to give it a try. It is very interesting what I find out about my body. If this is something you are interested in I recommend it.
