  Due to some weather-related issues, I almost didn't make it to this hotel. I spoke with the front desk staff (Karine and Trew) several times as my airline sorted out the issues. Their service was exceptional as they cancelled and then rebooked my room for me. The room was very spacious with a good sitting area to relax, and a decent sized desk to get some work done. The bed was rather comfortable. The varying breakfast spread was also appreciated. Good bed, nice rooms, and nicer people. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

  Stayed here for a month with my wife and 4 kids for a job transfer. Good area in downtown Moncton. Good service, friendly staff. Aller rooms have kitchennet with full size refrigerator.

  Courteous staff. Good, clean, modern, spacious rooms. There may or may not be a hair dryer in your room. We didn’t have one in ours. The was only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, that was it. Not all rooms have a tub in the bathroom. If you prefer tub vs shower make sure you mention when booking or checking in. Rooms which are closed to the elevator were marked as meeting rooms. Rooms for overnight guests are further away from the elevator. You will understand what I mean if/when you stay here. A $15 fee is charged for parking. Breakfast is ok, nothing stellar. There are much better price/value options in Moncton.

  The location is great. Walking distance to most things. The room was great, since the bedroom has a door. The kids could sleep in the main area undisturbed. Service is always friendly. Included hot breakfast and a pool can't go wrong.

  The rooms were very clean, and very cozy. The people were all very nice and accepting, and it was ultimately a great stay. Breakfast was especially good as well, wide variety with tons of friendly employees.

  We were upgraded and given a box of chocolate because my wife mentioned that it was our anniversary.

  We stayed here only because we had a gift certificate for this hotel, still cost us almost as much as what we would have paid to a lower-end(!) hotel.
