They do a good job installing but from that point all you get is excuses as to why their staff cannot do the job right when opening, closing or fixing little problems. They want to charge multiple times for a service that wasn't done right the first time. Stay away!

Very disappointed in their customer care. We have been a customer for over 10 years and there were a few times where we felt that the costs were a bet excessive, but we always paid without hesitation.

Moved to Moncton a year and a half ago and became pool owners for the first time. Initial interaction was very good and we figured we'd found a good pool store and booked a closing service for late October. Fast forward to December and we still haven't heard from them . We phone they apologize and come do the service.

Have since found two companies willing to help us out with our problems. Not going to miss dealing with these guys

Now this spring rolls around we prebooked our opening and approximate date. Then we discover our pool has been damaged during the winter and ask them to come look at it so we can get it assessed for insurance purposes and are told sorry they don't have time for our type of pools this summer. Sorry, but third strike your out. The owners are very rude to deal with and seem to talk down to you.

We purchased a great spa that arrived in October 2017. Unfortunately, when I filled it with water, a leak appeared in one of the valves deep inside the insulation. Nancy and the team immediately removed the spa and ordered another from Coast Spa. The new spa arrived last week and works great...in time for the cold NS weather. While I have read the other reviews, I can say our experience with Nancy and her team has been a really good experience. Any time there was an issue, they immediately addressed it to our satisfaction. That is all we can ask.

In the end, we got to pay a huge bill, still a problem with our pool and an "I'm sorry".

It's now the last spring and we have prebooked a pool opening for the middle of April. They call and ask if we are still good to go for the date chosen. I inform the that pool is thawed and ready to go. Week and a half later pool still hasn't been opened and I phone and they respond "Sorry we thought you wanted your pool opened next week"

Get them to build your pool, but find someone else to buy supplies from and service it!

This time, after onsite service, I questioned the invoice as I still have the same problem. I don't think they believed me and I got the runaround. After all the money we have given them all these years, you'd think they'd care enough to listen and attempt to Fix this.

I have never resorted to posting a bad review but had no response from Waterworks after several attempts so I am left no choice. Got a pool installed in 2006 and generally had no issues until 2014 when the underwater light started to come out. I was advised to patch it which I did but didn't really resolve the issue. Finally got another supplier to look at it after the liner came away from the pool. When he got underneath to have a look, he said he had never seen such a bad install. All 3 gaskets were at the bottom of the pool which meant that the liner had been leaking since DAY 1. Emailed pictures to Waterworks several times and was supposed to hear back but never did. Not really surprised to see similar reviews with poor customer support.
