  very poor customer service i walked in there and all employees who worked there never approached my husband and I. Also not impressed tha t the internet pricing and i store pricing is 200$+ for them same thing. I will not be back at alll

  We have bought a lot of furniture from this store and always dealt with Bev. She’s give you the best price with the best quality. She has incredible customer service and does not force a sale on you. We had issues with a mattress that we had less then a year and it had a 10 year warranty. Let’s just say Bev was not stopping until this issue was resolved and she didn’t. She communicated with us constantly and kept us updated. She continued to hound her boss about our issue until he gave in and replaced our mattress. She is the definition of customer service. I will shop wherever Bev is. She truly is amazing and cares about her customers. The only reason this store is getting 5 stars is for Bev. Thanks for everything Bev
