    Long story short. We got the glass. It wasn't the same shape or size ( still looks okay. But not perfect ) we just took the replacement to end this.

    Haven't had any issues with Aarons, very accommodating, great staff (there have been times where I've gone in to make a payment but end up having long and pleasant conversations with the staff). Obviously if you're using a place like aarons it's because buying a brand new tv off the shelf of an electronics store is way out of your budget so of course you're going to pay far more for the item with interest but for many of us without top tier jobs and income it still gives us an opportunity to enjoy some nice things. I've gotten a desktop computer and several tvs so far through Aarons over the course of 5 years, unlike easy home you will actually own the items you rent through aarons (computers, furniture etc usually 1 year and tv's are usually 2 years). I'd recommend Aarons to anyone that can't just blow $1500 on a brand new tv like it's a drop in the bucket, many of us here in Moncton are lucky to get $11/hour and we deserve some nice things too!

    Not only did the movers damage my glass top table. But the managers are complete bullies. After being told the glass was going to be replaced ( which took three weeks to get a answer - which was waiting approval from head office. And was received ) the manager decided to not give me the new top. I was actually waiting for it to be delivered, and had to call to get a update ( I called because I sent 5 emails with no response) so the manager decided that it was "impossible" the glass was damaged during the move, and pretty said I was a liter... Which obviously made me upset. After a solid 45 min on the phone he finally said he would replace it ( although I was all ready approved and waiting for a delivery) at this point it's already been 9 weeks. So a new glass was ordered and when it got delivered it was CRACKED! So then he said it would be here in two more weeks.( also I need to point out its pretty ironic the replacement was damaged from the move) When I go in to the store to get a update and hopefully take my new glass top home, the manager said he would have to call me back ( which he never did, he also didn't email me back with a confirmation date of delivery, which I said I wanted cause I felt as though they weren't going to actually replace it. So two more days pass and I never hear a thing. I stopped in twice in person. Called twice and sent two emails.. With nothing in response. After call the SJ store and talking with the manger there ( who actually called me back twice to get all the details) I sent one more email off. To get the response he " couldn't discuss the account with me" (the account is under my husbands name) the same account that we have spoke about over 20 times in email. 10 times over the phone. And 8 times in person.

    I dont like overly "enthusiastic" and "friendly" sales staff. I was just curious avout the place as I had never been there and hadnt taken 3 steps in the door and I had this woman run over to me and start on me. I felt pressured and awkward. She asked me my name immediately, which freaked me out. I walked aroubd the store once and felt my every movemebt being watched and I was careful to not seem interested in anything fornfear of another pushy salesperson accosting me.

    Don't waste your time or money. Company policy is a joke at Aaron's. The managers have no idea how to properly do there job.

    Bought bedroom set, came in two deliveries. They split the payments up, and since then payments were A MESS. Monthly I had to call and monthly they still couldn't get the agreed upon price in one payment. 2 years of this.
