  The best store! You can found cloths to electronics that always works! I bought many of my electronics there such as my digital camera, my alarm clock, my telephones etc! The store has a really nice service and the items are really well priced!

  I love their selection of housewares (ornaments, decor, cards, photos, etc) I think they are generally very reasonably priced.

  Very nice place it is dated bit still nice. Alot of cloths there for kids and adults and other items as well.

  On the other hand the clothing tends to be fairly pricey compared to other thrift stores. I also find it a chore to sort through the clothing because they're not colour coded, and the way they label certain peices is a bit odd sometimes.

  Hit and miss. This used to be a fantastic place to shop. I've advised many people to support V V in the past as I believe in recycling clothing. Also, Not everyone could afford good clothes. However,The prices went way up so it's cheaper now to shop elsewhere and the quality of the clothes is often lacking. Most unfortunate is that they have stopped the loyalty system. loyalty also only gives a percentage up to a certain amount. Also They now require 6 full garbage bags donated for a coupon card that gives you 30% off. It's discouraging. I understand they have overhead. Also They try to keep things neat but the amount of hair in the cart wheels is less than appealing. customer service is sometimes good and sometimes lacking. No exchange after 7 days - which is far less than most regular retailers. I will be donating my clothing elsewhere since I have brought so much stuff to V V over the years and feel there isn't a fair exchange. I truly hope management is paying attention to the amount of reviews saying the same thing. I'd like to see it again be like in the old days...
