  What can I say about Jim and My Bike Shop that hasn't already been said? Jim is kind, gentle and genuine. He cares about people and their experiences, whether in his shop, on their bikes or otherwise. Combine those attributes with a bike shop owner and you get a one-of-a-kind experience!

  Jim, the head technician and the owner of the business, made time to take a look at my ailing bike right away. He got it up on the stand, quickly diagnosed the problem and set to work. 20 minutes later he wheeled the bike out, shook my hand, and said no charge.

  If you need what so ever Jim will help you out and go above and beyond. His team is amazing and so friendly, you can even grab a banana or apples while you shop or drop by during a bike ride to grab one!   I popped into this bike shop on the way through Moncton on my way home to BC after a recently completed cross-Canada trip and am extremely glad I did. I was having some serious issues with the rear shifter on my mountain bike, and since I arrived in the city relatively early in the day I figured I'd find a local bike shop and see if they had time to take a look at the issue. The glowing reviews of My Bike Shop led me to choose this one.
