  Items are priced a bit on the high side, but watch for their coupons and their frequent sales. Staff is very friendly and helpful :)!

  Manager told me "if we don't have it, you should check another Micheals, in Fredericton or Halifax". I almost laughed when I heard that, Drive 3 hours only to get the same response, hahaha. I'll never shop at this joke of a store again.

  Their Online store is just for show, If you see something you like, You can't order anything from them regardless if you call them or go into the store. Staff have no means of checking SKU numbers or any other way of finding something Micheals advertises that they sell. Or maybe they're just lazy and don't care. hard to tell.

  Asked to speak to a manager and their response was 'If we don't have it, maybe try the store in St John or Halifax". Sure, I'll drive 3 hours just to get the runaround again. Store is a joke.

  this is by far the most disorganized franchise I've ever been in, They're the only major arts and crafts store around, saw some items I was interested in on their Online store, you can't order anything from them. And staff have no way of looking something up since they don't even use Product or SKU numbers, nor will they order anything for you even if you speak to them on the phone
