  I called to book and was treated with great customer service, the rep had said he reserved the trailer for me and that it would be ready to pick up at 3:45pm that day.. When I arrived I spent 10min at the desk answering questions that were all ready asked by the rep on the phone to then be told that the trailer that was reserved for me had been since re-booked by the main st. location across town and that I would have to wait for another one to return later that day.. being in a bit of a rush I expressed my disappointment that the trailer I was told would be ready for me was given to someone else.. in lieu they gave me the one size up honouring the price.. another 15 min later and re-answering all the same questions he asked earlier I was finally escorted out to the truck.. being a weekly Avis renter I guess I'm spoiled with showing up, flashing my drivers licence and jumping in the car and going.. being asked for alternate contact info of someone I know, alternate addresses almost made me feel like I was doing a pay-day loan application of some sort.. Also, for just needing a trailer for 2 hours to move a pic-nic table and incurring $111 in fee's + $40 in gas this was not the most enjoyable experience, to say the least and the value proposition is quite poor.. although I suppose if someone is need they will have no choice to pay this hefty premium.. Anyway the experience I had this time around was the same 10 years ago on West Main St. except that when I showed up 2 minutes after close (the staff member was still there and told me where to park) they charged me for a full extra day..

  Awesome employees. Very friendly. Corporate Uhaul needs to send them more supplies. Thanks made it back to Hamilton, Ontario

  The two employees behind the counter could have cared less that I was there to buys a cart and specialty boxes. Will never shop here again.
