  Lots of fun choices here! I am a regular customer and each time I've received exactly what I ordered, hot, with good customer service. Lately they have been packaging the gravey separately so that the fries don't get soggy when you do takeout - smart and shows they care about the customer and a quality product.

  As you can see from the photo I've included, for nearly $13 I don't even get a full container. Poutine was passable but far from the best I've ever had. Definitely not good value for my money, and I won't be returning.

  Edit: Response to the owner's reply below - I see other photos of poutines on this page that look like there is twice the amount of food I had. I definitely do not feel as if I received the portion you are describing. That's something you may want to look into, as consistency is important. You could have received hundreds of thousands of positive reviews and satisfied customers and all that becomes moot when just one cook one time decides to not pay attention and ends up shorting a customer. Food for thought.

  (1.) Only one person worked the cash/kitchen, meaning one guy took off after waiting almost 10 minutes for someone to come and take his order. He even shouted "Anybody working cash here?" Nobody came out from the back.

  (3.) I felt like I was served by a robot. Straight face, no smile, one tone of voice robot. That poor girl looked like she really hated her job, and wasn't afraid to show it to everyone. I could barely understand what she was saying, she was speaking so low.
