  I was a confirmed guest at hotel, I arrived at about 2h30am to the hotel. The booking was made by my company. First, it took the front desk employee about 10-15 minutes to find my reservation, and ask me multiple questions, like phone numbers, names, etc. Once it was found, he asked me to pay 150$ up front for incidentals which I refused and asked if possible to pay the next day, as my company always paid for this. He made me call my company at night, without success... and passed some other clients who were after me meanwhile. The employee refused. I cancelled the whole stay. It is the first time in my stays in over 12 hotels in the past months that someone refuses to check me in... I even been checked in once without credit card approval, given an error. Being already late by a day, having travelled for more than 8 hours, at 2am... He refused to let me sleep there... So I took off and I hope the manager reads this and sees that the incidental of this whole endeavour is loosing business for over 500$ and perhaps more in the future, I have always been the best respectful client for many hotels, and my company paid without default. I also have a recorded audio session of the discussion. It was done with respect. In my opinion, this is not a very courteous and respectful behaviour, I am usually presented with a key to my room and a pleasant welcome, it is late, here... if anything, we will fix things up in the morning... So, please clients beware of strict middle of the night policies.

  Great stay, girl behind the counter is so friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable. Hot breakfast is alright, has everything you need.

  Excellent hotel. Comfiest bed I've ever slept on. Also if you forgo daily maid service you can get $10 credit for the snack shop per night. Staff are great. Will definitely stay again

  Loved it here was in walking distance to lots of nice restaurant. I loved the big clean rooms and a lovely breakfast in the morning before heading out for the day .

  You can tell its an old hotel but they have done a decent job renovating. We stayed in the main building and it was pretty decent. They were the cheapest hotel in town as well. What's getting this hotel 5 stars is the service at front desk!! Stephanie which we found out was only there as a filler was super friendly and even made us a little itinerary of all the things to do in and around Moncton!! If the owner is reading this, hire her as a full time staff member and guide her in the right direction to run the show there!!! Hot breakfast was pretty good as well in the mornings and we loved their natural soaps/lotions etc that were provided. Keep up the great work staff members!! Only suggestions I would have is to offer guests a glass/bottle of water when they come in.
