  There were some issues with the room vs price by my opinion. The one female receptionist / front desk clerk we have been talking to more was very nice and quick to help. There were 2 males later on at night that don't seem as helpful. It's not a big deal, but since this place doesn't have automatic doors it make sit harder to get in when your hands are full. They stood behind the desk and talked while we semi struggled. Like I said, not a big deal but it's noticeable. The room did have a few issues that were fixable after going to the front desk lady. I will have a more detailed review on the Google reviews with pictures.

  I stay at the Comfort Inn East was very enjoyable the reception staff were very helpful and pleasant the hotel itself was clean and the Rooms were clean. We stayed there while we were at a hockey tournament. Breakfast with your typical continental breakfast. The hotel itself was very close to pretty much everything. Champlain Mall, restaurants, Bass Pro, ect. Will very much consider staying there again.

  For a budget hotel, the Comfort Inn East gets five stars from me. I stay here reasonably often. The staff are super friendly and professional, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. What puts it over the top for me is that it ticks every box I have for a hotel - good desk, minifridge and microwave, bureau for my clothes, breakfast included, and the location is great.

  Very clean and comfortable hotel, with a friendly, helpful staff. The cooked part of the breakfast was a little terrifying, and the eggs didn't look like real food. So I avoided that, but everything else was great.

  I went to the Comfort Inn East for an overnight stay. Although check-in is usually only around 3, they made accommodations for us to check in around 12. We had a room with 2 comfortable queen beds. The rooms were clean although small and we had a patio door to go outside directly from our room. The place was night and quiet throughout the night. The next morning in we had breakfast which consisted of a variety of cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages, muffins and yogurt. The best part of breakfast was the waffle machine where you could make some delicious fresh waffles. Overall it was a very positive visit.
