  This is the only CAA office in town, not a place you would visit often but staff is helpful and the travel agent are also fairly accessible, even if you don't have an appointment.

  Always helpful. Answer phone quickly. The few times I've called them, they've been very prompt to handle what I need done. Gives me peace of mind.

  I've been on the phone for 3 or 4 hours trying to get service i moved and insurance expired got different insurance and then caa continues to take my money great right?! yet when you call up the office your on hold for forever because no one's working or they're too busy having sex or something pick the phone up

  When i called for roadside assistance, they said that they weren't mechanics and wouldn't help me. I actively discourage people from being customers.
