  But after all we are only human we can only do what we can do and if one can change the dullness in one eyes to Sparkle just for a moment I think that makes a difference and means a lot to an elderly person.

  Staff take the time when allotted to sit and talk with the elderly or even just to sit there and hold their hand ....that happens there.

  At Spencer's I found the staff treated the elderly as if it was their own grandfather or grandmother there's a great deal of of compassion and bedside manner .

  I have nothing but the best to say about the staff at Spencer's. I have been given much help and my questions answered there.

  I'm writing in regards to Kenneth E Spencer Memorial Home. In my opinion some of the staff is very unqualified and very rude, not only to residents but to residents family members as well. They demand respect from others but don't give it in return. After witnessing a family member with some staff I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Some of the staff at Kenneth E Spencer Memorial Home could sure use lessons in compassion.
