  At 11am I received an email saying "your item is delivered" at 11:22am the item was actually delivered.. also the $100 arrangement looked like a $20 bouquet from sobeys tossed in a dollar store vase.. I called to inquire as to why they implied that my delivery would be out first thing in the morning via the email they sent and received a rude reply to the effect that "we technically don't even open until noon and it's out for delivery now.. sorry about that" it was clear my dissatisfaction was the least of her worries.. first and last time ordering from these guys!

  When ordering I had requested an early morning delivery and received an email back saying that it would be our first thing in the morning.. I have one day home with my family on Sunday and this early morning delivery was essential so we can carry out our day as planned. Sunday morning I got a call with flower world on caller ID saying asking if my wife was home (there goes element of surprise) are they forgetting I already spoke with them to confirm an early morning delivery
