  The sales side is simiilar: honest and no pressure whatsoever. The showroom is large and very impressive. Their prices are comparable or better than their competitors, and, unlike all the other stores, they offer free delivery and old appliance removal! And delivery is quick — and they try to work with your schedule, as compared to other places that inform you when they’ll be dropping it off...

  Bought all our appliances at Alpha. Gilles and Jonathan were always very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. Delivery and pick-up of old appliances was professional and on time. Had a minor issue with the Fridge door and Alpha took care of the door very quickly without hesitation. Highly recommended for their honestly and service. Support a local dealer with great after sales service!

  I have to share my story about how alpha's appliance solutions came through for me once again! I have bought all of my appliances here over the past five or six years....recently our five to six year old oven bought there fried it's control panel. I was very unhappy as I was expecting more years of service from it...we went to see them and the salesman explained why they carry only the brands they do in the store...they only sell the ones they have evaluated to be the best quality, that they can obtain parts for and fix if something goes wrong. We looked at a new oven exactly the same as the one we have, but we elected to order the part and get ours fixed...this is actually an option when you go to Alpha's....Try getting the oven you bought at home depot or best buy fixed by the store you bought it from....good luck. You can't even get parts for most junk that the other stores sell even if you know the best repair man in town!! ALPHAS would rather have a customer get their oven fixed for only a few hundred bucks and come back and buy all their appliances there over the years then sell you a new one which you would not feel was value for money. I would never hesitate to buy here...I don't care what kind of fly by night sale is going on elsewhere.....i want something that's going to last! Thanks Alpha!!!

  The repair department is easy to contact, offers good and honest advice and makes a real effort to get someone to the house quickly. The repairmen are quick and friendly and very good at their job. The advice is always unbiased and very helpful for future buying decisions. And the repair visit fees have always been reasonable and fair.

  Bought all my appliances here 5 years ago. They are the best place in town for sure. Staff are experts at what they do, honest local business that deserves all the support they can get. Bought from big chains before but never got close to the service I receive from these guys. Same price + better service = very satisfied customer
