  DO NOT GO TO THIS OVER PRICED DENTIST!!! Worst experience ever. Brought my two young children in (4 and 8) and the visit cost over $200 for the dentist to spend less than 10 minutes on each child "examining" their teeth. Another child was screaming in another room and my youngest was terrified, the whole experience was so unpleasant. There was no cleaning or polishing of their teeth, just look in the mouth and done, there goes $200. No direct billing for their ridiculous prices. This is a children's dentist, and subsequently they have classified this business as "specialty dentists" to justify over charging their clients. I've never been to a dentist where they do not clean teeth when you come in for an appointment... and yet still charge ridiculous amounts of money. Even though both children received the same 'exam', my eldest's bill was for over $100...and the bill is all in medical-jargon so that it is difficult to understand why they over charge. I will never bring my family back, and will encourage everyone I know never to book here. Now I will have to find a different dentist so that I can have their teeth cleaned, which will cost more money and time off work. I am so upset about this...DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!

  Yes I realize it is in your policy, but when you have kids it's difficult to find time to read all the fine print.

  Being a low income family, who jumped through government hoops to obtain coverage prior to our three year old Autistic son's appointment regarding his broken front tooth, it would have been nice to have been told directly that your office refuses to direct bill for any services.
