  Everyone was nice polite and good to deal with, until it came down to getting approved through a bank. I live in Amherst Nova Scotia, and the day before I inquired here I applied in Halifax and am approved through the same bank I currently have a loan through (their loyalty program) for $23,000.

  I told the salesman (won't mention names) I would like to go through the current bank I am with (carfinco) he insisted they didn't like carfinco and put it through all the other banks before coming bank to carfinco, I made sure I told him I have a current loan through them and would like to stay with them through their loyalty program, he agreed and proceeded with that. It came back I was only approved for a $10,000 loan everything in. I insisted there is a miscommunication between them (the dealer) and the bank, they refused to even call the bank on my behalf and see what the mix up was and insisted they did everything correct (despite not even getting so much as how much I pay for rent) from me.

  All and all I am approved, and for more that $10,000 just need to find the right vehicle for me and my family at the Halifax dealership, you could choose this dealership if you wanted,just be aware that they are perfect and MAKE NO MISTAKES!

  Stay away from Collishaw they will repossess after 13 days past due and will charge you $1000. You cant even offer to make it right they will still repossess your car, truck or SUV and Denzel will make you seem stupid.... STAY AWAY FROM THEM...

  The owner told me there had to be a mix up with the Halifax dealership and guaranteed I won't get the vehicle, because that dealership didn't "do it right" umm ok? You can accuse other dealerships of not doing things right but not look in your backyard?

  The Halifax dealership needed proof of income, rent payments and all other expenses before even submitting to the bank, so I don't know how this dealership didn't require that, I still honestly believe there was a mix up and they wouldn't even agree to try and sort it out, almost as if they thought how could I even question that they may have made a mistake.
