  P.S. I looked at the reviews before mine, and all of them were either 1 star or 5 stars. Statistically speaking, this is very odd. You would expect some 2s, 3s, and 4s.

  This place did a couple of jobs without a problem, until the last one. Eight months ago, I asked them to change the transmission fluid. While they were doing this, they called me, saying that they’d spent 2 hours looking for the transmission fluid filter and did I want them to stop there or continue looking. I told them to stop. I recently learned that my transmission does not have a filter. Now the question is, why did they spend 2 hours (which they billed me for) looking for something that doesn’t exist? So I went there and explained this and asked for a refund. The owner, Richard, became surly and asked me if the transmission was falling apart. He asked me if there could have been a misunderstanding. I told him I remembered the conversation about the 2 hours of labour in detail because I was surprised they were charging me for it. Then he said, “Are we good?” and walked off.

  Always get great service here. I've been dealing with them for over 10 years and never had an issue. They've kept my Audi's, BMW, Alfa Romeo and assorted VWs safe and on the road.

  I guess their own employees RATE THEMSELVES 5 star because this garage doesn't deserve any star. They're very dishonest & big scum!!! JUST AVOID THIS GARAGE....

  I'm so impressed with the Autobahn team! They always take good care of me and the car I love so much. Prices are great and the staff is top of the line in the industry.
